Rehearsal  venues & Parking schedule Lent Term 2020

Rehearsals are normally held at Tonbridge School, in the Music School, signed off the Avenue, in the Recital room, on the first floor and turn left. Sectional rehearsals in the Octagon 2nd  floor. Or Big School, behind the Quad – see the site plan.

Dress Code


All black floor length dress or skirt with black top or black trousers.
Sleeves at least three quarters.
Jewellery allowed with a bit of sparkle.

Black DJ, white shirt, with black ties.


Long black dress or long skirt or trousers with black top.

Black DJ, white shirt, with black bow ties.

Carols – Choir only

Black dress, skirt, or trousers.
Jewel coloured top. Eg red, blue, green. Sleeves at least mid arm. No shoulders showing.
Jewellery allowed with a bit of sparkle and Christmas spirit!

Black lounge suits.

Summer proms

‘Union Jack’ based

Pillar box red, white or royal blue sleeved tops with black skirts or trousers.

Black suit and white shirt with a red or blue bow tie (and red or blue cummerbund if you have one).

New Member form

New members are asked to complete a new Member form, and Gift Aid declaration, if eligible. Then return the signed form to your section rep.


Gift Aid

If you are a Tax Payer, please complete a Gift Aid Form so that we can reclaim an extra £0.25 for every £1 of your subscriptions.

Access Fund

Help may be available through the Access Fund for members having difficulties paying their subscription. The fund is known as the Morrish Fund in recognition of the work of our President and former Music Director.
