Membership and Gift Aid forms
New members are asked to complete a new Member form.

If you are a Tax Payer, please also complete a Gift Aid Form so that we can reclaim an extra £0.25 for every £1 of your subscriptions.Then return the signed form to your section rep.

Subscriptions

Membership includes the cost of music hire and performing in the Society’s concerts for that season.

Access Fund
Help may be available through the Access Fund for members having difficulties paying their subscription. The fund is known as the Morrish Fund in recognition of the work of our President and former Music Director.

Rehearsal Music For Choir Members

Available via society account with www.johnfletchermusic.org – contact David Lloyd, with your name and section of the choir, for a password.

Dress Code
Choir

Women
All black floor length dress or skirt with black top or black trousers.
Sleeves at least three quarters.
Jewellery allowed with a bit of sparkle.

Men
Black DJ, white shirt, with black ties.

Orchestra

Women
Long black dress or long skirt or trousers with black top.

Men
Black DJ, white shirt, with black bow ties.

Carols – Choir only

Women
Black dress, skirt, or trousers.
Jewel coloured top. Eg red, blue, green. Sleeves at least mid arm. No shoulders showing.
Jewellery allowed with a bit of sparkle and Christmas spirit!

Men
Black lounge suits.
