How to purchase online tickets.
eg: I want to purchase 2 Adult tickets + 1 Senior ticket for the November Concert. Use the ticket selection option to the right of the Nov Concert picture.
The default ticket type is ‘Adult’, so click on the box‘Add to Cart’.You will be diverted to the PayPal secure site. Click the + symbol to change the number of Adult tickets you require from 1 to 2 - you will see the price box total change from £17 to £34
Click the ‘continue shopping’text (top right hand corner) - this will take you back to this TonPhil site. A Web Browser message may appear asking if you wish to close this tab. Click ’Yes’.
Back on the TonPhil site. Click on the‘v’ drop down option to select the type of ticket you require, in this eg. Click Concessions’ then click the ‘Add to Cart’ box and you will be taken back to PayPal.
Select the number of Senior Tickets you require. The total cost will be displayed.
When you have selected all the tickets you require click either the pay by ‘PayPal Check Out’ box’ OR the grey ‘Check Out’ box to pay by credit / debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account,
When your payment is completed you will receive a PayPal receipt which you can print out and use as your Concert Ticket. NO PRINTED TICKET WILL BE POSTED TO YOU.
